Answer» I bought this unit for a friend Compaq Presario CQ57-339WM thing is that she set the boot password. HOWEVER, she doesnt recall what it is, is there a way to clear it?If it's a LAPTOP/netbook which it appears to be your only option is to take it to a Compaq Service CENTER to have it reset...
