i wonder if ANYONE can help me with this question.

why can't resource assignments be changed on modern pc's ?
the FOUR possible answers are.
(A) - Modern pc's don't need resources to be assigned.
(B) - ACPI assigns resources automatically.
(C) - PCI buses automatically CONFIGURE DMA.
(D) - Resource assignment is password protected at Administrator level.

if anyone knows the answer please let me know has soon as possible.
