is there any WAY or any where you can report and stop spammers when you have their ip addressDon't know your country of residence but Canada has just passed legislation to make spamming (under most conditions ) an illegal act subject to penalties. However it must be stated that they ALSO have a "do not call" act that has created a bureaucracy and a process for allegedly  preventing that activity to specified phone numbers. My understanding of that process has been largely infective and in many instances appears to have increased the amount of unwanted phone solicitations to those that subscribed to the list. Therefore don't hold your breath for an effective anti Spam program. As well the FACT that you believe you have the actual IP address may NOT be so as many spammers use methods to DISGUISE the point of origin of their missals and what you have may be the IP of an innocent address. truenorth ok thank you for your INFORMATION , i also found out that the spammers pay a company to GENERATE spam for them so if i could/did report them it might harm innocent ip address holders some how
