Solve : Remove downloaded updates?

Hi,

I have Windows XP sp2.

Automatic updates has downloaded IE7.
Everytime i start my system it ASKS me to install it.

I don't WANT to install it.
How can i remove it?

And if i want to remove any random update, is there a way to delete the downloaded directory.
Any ideas where it GETS downloaded.
