Since yesterday my last subject has been locked. No PM's explaining ANYTHING.

Here's the thing if I can say it without being censured: the world changes because someone changes the rules. They don't explain why and no one asks why.

So what I didn't say in my last post is that as best that I can tell it started with Microsoft when they decided that they would not offer a customer service number. If you did find a way to get into the system they asked the caller for $39.95 to answer your question with no money back guarantee if they didn't have an answer or the answer was the wrong answer.

Meanwhile down at Apple they OFFERED life time tech support.

As the industry noticed that MS got away with not offering tech support; over time most companies now do the same thing: no customer service.

Remember breadcrumbs post about Comcast. Comcast may now be worse than MS because they make you THINK that you can reach them and get an answer to your question.

So as I attempted to state in my locked post it wasn't about shooting or other topics that might not be appropriate. It was as is this post about the power brokers who decide what you can or can't do and the reality that most people are completely unaware of the cause.

It's in many ways a virus.

My purpose is to open up the thought process that maybe the obvious is not so much the cause of the collapse it's something else they goes back to a point in time that is before many computer geeks were born but not ANCIENT history.

I have read the post you refer to, and I can see why it was locked. It is a very long rambling piece of not-very-much, which seems to be your thoughts about something, although it is not very clear what that something is. If I was not the polite person that I am, I would CALL it a 'crazy rant', but I won't. Such posts tend to irritate the other members and cause long and pointless threads to develop.
