On most PC's and with most OS's, when you GO to the normal Shutdown menu, "Restart" is one of the options on that menu. Or, you can just make a desktop shortcut using this text: %WINDIR%\System32\shutdown.exe -R -t 00 -f copy and PASTE that line to a desktop shortcut, because every space is important. Good Luck,
