Answer» ok, I know this is stupid to ask all you experts here but I am a newbie at this and I was wanting to know , The reg Edit. everything in there , is that from what you have done on your pc. See i am asking cause there is stuff on there, I know I haven't done or been to. A little concerned either maybe soon to be ex hubby or young son. It is in the ClassRoot. Zone map. Domains. Sorry for asking something whichtryinghere..... the registry is one part of the computer you don't want to play around in unless you know what your doing or you might do serious damage to your machine . So what you really want to know is where have the others using that machine been? If they have covered there tracks it will be difficult to see where they have been ...but you might try looking in the history folder and ALSO the temp internet folder .
Good Luck ,

What exactly have you found? It could be just harmless, before you start making DECISIONS like those...Ok if I look in reg edit. under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT then I scroll to HKEY_CURRENT_USER scroll to MICROSOFT click on it to open and then I see Zonemap (open it) see Domains (open it next) and then a whole lot comes up. search assistants, 1800's, keno, xxx and more xxx under lots of different NAMES and , all kinds of stuff I haven't done anything to the reg. Thank you for your Help and . I thought that for something to be in the registry you had to have been there, ( presumptious of me maybe? )
Thank you againWhat exactly do the xxx say?
My domain folder is empty..What internet security software do you use?okay there are so many i'll just list a few.vaginpics, wetpornostars, wetfatties, weeklytopradio, weeklyteens, welearnhere, web1000, webraing, web-searchtk, web-entrance.co, wish7, wofldsex, freepornbest, freepornisland, good-mortages.net and so on , it is long. I use windows firewall and avg, windows defender and i run lavasoft and spybot, I want so bad to just get rid of them all . But my question is , don't you have to GO to a domain like to get it on your registry ? I have looked into the registry before but NEVER this deep, it is a secondhand pc. I think it came from a school if I am right . (and i really do appreciate any help you can give.Thankyou)Compare your Registry findings with the Restricted Sites in IE. IE>Tools>Internet Options>Security... Highlight Restricted Sites & Click the Sites button.I am curious, how and why did you look into this part of the registery? Was it by complete accient?
What sites are listed in your browsers history?Thank you Fed, and to everyone else that tried to help me I really do appreciate it. and I about now feel really dumd, but hey if I hadn't of asked I wouldn't ever have known, Thank you again Fed.You're welcome, as I understand it those restricted sites are added as part of IE's security safeguards. tryinghere,
Don't feel dumb because you ask a question.
