Answer» I've downloaded RealPlayer and RealPlayer Cloud neither one is opening. It was working last night however, it keep crashing. How can I GET it to work without losing all of my SONGS and VIDEOS? Someone please help me!!!!!!! Worst choice of FONTS and effects EVER... Don't be suprised if responses don't follow on a timely basis. Post more info on the PC in the meantime... BTW Just because RealPlayer isn't working does NOT mean your music is gone...don't panic.
