You may want to search eBay for "Wireless WebCam" (try variations of Webcam and web cam)
There are plain video cams that you can use as well, and that are cheaper. You may want to try other things like a regular VCR Video plug mini-camera or hook an old computer up to some cheap free dial up Internet and have a messenger send the picture from a computer in your room, to the one downstairs, or even have a website with a webcam protected by HTACCESS or something like that.......Have your parents teach little BROTHER about respecting other's property...
