Answer» Hi all. New pc Tower with Intel E7300 2.66Ghz core 2 Duo, G-B EP31-DS3L P31 MB, 2x A-Data 1 GB DDR2 800 RAM, ASUS PCI-E 512MB 8400GS, SATA W.D. 500GB HDD, LG SATA 22xDVD RW (x2 two), Coolmaster box and power supply, 22" LCD SCREEN and MS Windows XP Home edition OS. The EP31-DS3L cannot handle more than 2gb of memory... Getting an extra 2gb of ram (increasing to 3gb) would not be a possibility. Don't go by that Kingston website. Gigabyte GA-EP31-DS3L has four memory sockets, accepting up to 4 GB DDR2-667, DDR2-800 or DDR2-1066 memories under dual channel configuration.
