Answer» Hi, on our home computer we have 3 different USER accounts for Microsoft Outlook. They each have different data files (obviously), but when I change outlook preferences/options in ONE user account, it also changes in the other user accounts. For EXAMPLE, if I set a signature in one user profile, that same signature is set in the other two? |
