I have a friend of MINE who has recently purchased a LG KP500 and wants to put pictures on the pc.. trying to keep it simple at the moment..smile.. can one put pictures on a pc using the LG KP500 without the software??.. if so what procedure would be best??... she has a cable to CONNECT with... I'm not that familiar with it myself but am trying to gather any info I can...

If the cable is connected to the phone and to the computer, does Windows recognize a device? Open My Computer, or Computer, depending on which OS she has, and see whether it shows the phone as a "Devices with Removable Storage". If Windows is recognizing it, then just use Windows Explorer to drag and drop PHOTOS from phone to a folder on the hard drive.Sorry I am late replying but have been busy with the WEATHER service.. do wish to thank everyone for your input... have checked the websites and checking My Computer and "Devices with Removable Storage" seems to work the best..
