I had to give this person proof I'd purchased the product. I scanned my receipt and sent it via email. Some few minutes later this person I was chatting to informed me that she had registered my Elements Software. After we ended the conversation I tried again to install Elements, this time I had no bother with the installation. I'm considering purchasing Win 10, but I don't want the hassle I had with Elements. My Internet connection is quite good. Sometimes the installation of an application takes longer than the download.
