Hi, to start off, I've had this problem for the past month or two and I'm at wits end. A few programs that I've been running have suddenly started to not open past the initial start up phase. I'll go and look at it in the task manager and it will say that its open, but won't do anything and idle around until I either CLOSE it or it closes itself.

The program will attempt to keep updating itself but is unable to do so. I've checked my firewall and antivirus and both are working fine and not blocking it in any way. This only happens for certain programs that use the internet or use a client like League of legends, battle.net and others like Utorrent. None of these programs work and get stuck in background processes.

This problem has stumped me and I need any information on why this may be happening.
