I have recently installed software to remove spyware called Spyware doctor and spyware blaster. All of the sudden many programs will not start. Programs on the desktop do nothing when opened, the add/remove program menu does not come up. I downloaded a program called Your Uninstaller! 2004 to try to get rid of these programs but it wont open either. I am not new to computers so I know there is a problem and its not me opening the programs incorrectly.

Please help this computer is a WEEK and a half old and im angry beyond beliefCan you open programs when not making use of shortcuts?

If the computer is only a week and a half old, I suggest that you make use of the warranty before you violate the TERMS.

No i found the problem myself and your'e wrong.  one of the programs that I downloaded had background tasks interfering with microsoft anti-spyware. by removing both of them the problem was solved.
