Answer» Once again you came through for me guys thanks alot. Keep up the good work. My other problem is this. Whenever i press the Ctrl, Alt, DELETE keys to bring up the program manager screen all i SEE is a grey SQUARE if I am OFFLINE. If I am online then i will see the network MONITER graph. Can you guys offer any suggestions that may help me to find out why Program Manager has become a grey square instead of the regular window with the various tabs? Thanks in advance.Have you scanned for viruses?Do a windows search for taskmgr.* It should come back as taskmgr.exe (NOT taskmgr.com) and it should be in your system32 directory.
