Answer» I just bought this new samsung laptop two weeks ago, model # NP-R780-JS01US and I'm ALREADY having freezing problems. During random times the computer just freezing, usually when I'm on the internet but not always. This computer has already froze around 8 times. I have run a full Notron PC tune up with a virus scan and defragment amount other things. The reason I this laptop is because my last computer had this ISSUE, so could it be program COMPATIBILITY issues or possible hardware issues? Any help is much appreciated. I would take it back.Do you think it could be SOMETHING wrong with the programs i have INSTALLED? What are the chances I got two bad computers in a row?50 / 50...
