Hi Everyone!!!

I'm new here, and i can say that i am very much desperate to solve these problems of mine so please if someone can help me please do so.

I have a computer that consistently hang up or locks up when the computer boots up and even when you are just surfing the net.

i already did the troubleshooting STEPS provided by this website but still same thing happens and because of this problems it prohibits us to USE our computer.

Another problem is with my computer that has slow INTERNET connection actually it is within a workgroup of computers that is why it is kinda weird why it is the only one that has this slow internet connection unlike the other computer. Once you login it is fast but as time goes by it will eventually slow down as in super slow...

I hope someone can help me with this.........please please please

here is a clean up guide you can do and see if that helps anyIn case you have a virus, be careful about exchanging files and data between the computers through the NETWORK.
It sounds like you are either running out of disk space (greatly) or you have a virus.

How much space do you have free on your hard drive?
