Answer» Can anyone tell me how to fix problems with the Help (from the Start BUTTON)? When I try to start a troubleshooter, it asks me what the problem is, and when I try to go to the next SCREEN, it doesn't display anything, it is TOTALLY blank. I have tried it with multiple troubleshooters (PRINT, modem, etc) and no troubleshooter works. Any ideas? Thanks a lot! LiSorry to bring up an old thread, but I am also having this problem, I have Win 98SEI also do not have troubleshooters help any more, also the option to REMOVE ie6 from control panel is not there
