Couple of things to try...

1. Get a can of compressed air, and blow well all vents out.

2. Download, and install SpeedFan: http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
Post your computer temperatures:



PROVIDE processor info (hold Windows logo key, and hit Pause/Break key to find out).

Operating system and service PACK?
Any hardware/software changes recently?
Is it a blue screen or a white screen you get?
Think twice about this one
