Answer» Is this the correct forum? Does anyone know anything about Xerox Phasers? I have a xerox PHASER 8400 where the paper is sticking to the drum on every color print. I say color, because it doesn't stick if I can get a cleaning PAGE to GO through. But on the first page with ink (wax) it jams up. The paper is supposed to glide along the drum and exit through the assembly, but instead, it sticks to the drum and wraps all around it. I've cleared the printer for SCRAP paper, replaced the maintenance kit and verified all parts move appropriately. I can't FIGURE out why it continues to take the paper. |
