Solve : Preparing Windows?

I use Windows 10 Pro - 64 bits and I have the following problem: the welcome screen changes the expression "Welcome" to "Preparing Windows", then, after a LONG time, my desktop appears totally uncharacterized as if it were your first use, even without normal access to the DOCUMENTS, Images, etc. folders. The problem RETURNED almost always, so I formatted the HD and reinstalled Windows 10. After two weeks of normal use, to my surprise, the problem reappeared. Any solution?Hi

Go file publish report
And then copy the link to the report in your next post
I suspect you have a problem with your Hard drive which the speccy report will show Sounds like your User profile is corrupt...

  • Boot you windows in Safe MODE and see if you are still facing this issue.
  • Now go to Run Command
  • A dialog box will open type “msconfig”
  • Locate and select the Boot tab and select Safe with Minimal as option.
  • Restart Computer
