Keep it here, no need for another thread. Ruthie B SAYS it is really XP, so we know that much.PPCTL is a component of Pest Patrol software. Re-install it to get rid of the error message. If you don't want to keep Pest Patrol remove it in Add/Remove Programs.Due to lack of feedback, I am closing this TOPIC.
