Answer» hi guys, my computer power supply is on...the CPU fan is on but the computer cannot start up...the bios ALSO not coming out...the monitor button is YELLOW..i need help with this..URGENTLY..thanks guysClik Here...I had similar PROBLEM a few days ago, one of the screws in my MB had come out and only half the board was powering up. Look at all your connections, and make sure some wire hasn't fell into the orbit of a motor to a fan. Get a flashlight and look everything over real good.
