Answer» Computer want power on, power on light flashesI have had this issue with a NUMBER of problems. Most common is bad power supply where a voltage is missing or too low. If this is a desktop and you have a SPARE power supply try to see if it is fixed by installing known good PSU. However the worst case scenario is blown motherboard. If this is a laptop, REMOVE the battery from the laptop and let it set for a minute, then reinstall battery and apply power supply to it and see if it boots up or still just a blink state instead of SOLID green and boot etc.
