Answer» Wife was on her W10 laptop and a message came up "critical alert" call windows support at !888 984 7576. I turned off the computer for a couple of minutes thinking the message would be GONE, not so, same message came back. Where do I go from here?It's a BS scam alert...run your PROTECTION SCANS...BTW which ones do you have ? ?Do you mean like MalwareBytes? I finally just shut it down and when I booted up again it was gone.
