Answer» Hi everybody, I hope many of you will be using Outlook 2007 (I am using it on Vista). What I have NOTICED that there is no option to print a set number of pages in it. For example I am communicating with someone on a particular subject and there are replies and replies which often makes the mail 4-5 pages or more. There is no option to select the number of pages to print, only to print either even or odd pages. I hope some of you would have faced this problem and managed to find a SOLUTION. The only option that microsoft can give me is a workaround to copy and paste the email into word and print from there however this is time CONSUMING and not a solution to the problem.
Please help how I can print page 1 of 4 from Outlook 2007?Can you post a screen print, such as the one below, from Outlook 2003?
And, state exactly how you're trying to print. Are you starting from the FILE menu on the main Outlook window, or opening the email message in a separate window and starting the print command from there? I see different options, depending on which approach I take.
