I live in an apartment with my roomie and we are on the apartment's LAN connection. We both want to play Warcraft III together online but although we are unable to JOIN eachother's games. We can join other people's games, just not eachothers. It says we are unable to connect. We were ABLE to play Company of HEROES (a similar game) together with no problem like this at all. It says it might be a firewall or router problem ( I turned off my firewall and added it as a program to allow and the problem PERSISTS ). I have no idea what a router is or how to fix it if that might be the case. PLEASE help me we wanna make this work bad.

Thanks.If you do not know much about networking/routers, I would call your ISP and have them route you to the correct people to make sure your router and modem are properly configured. They can walk you step by step through the process. How are your PC's actually connected to the network? Where does your internet cable hook up to? Same questions for your roomie's PC.
