PROBLEM #1. Within the 1st 1/2 hour my computer is turned on, the picture slides to the left, and looks like a piece of film caught inbetween clips......how do you stop that?
And when deleting all the tmp files for Windows 98, in Find Files and folders at Look In C drive, your site says to delet all *.tmp file that end in .tmp.
WOULD this be considered a file that describes the above: ffff07b63,,,,:9.... TMP File
Now, that's a file that ends in .TMP, correct.

1) Right click on your desktop then
Properties>Settings>Advanced
and scratch around in there looking for things that don't look right.
