-thanx in advance 4 any helpIs there any chance that you have a backup of that table? If not, you may attempt data recovery, but failing that you'll probably have to rebuild.i never made it a priority to backup my forum :-/. until this happened... what should i do? i just fixed this problem but now i cant add on posts :-? , arrg this forum is reely screwed up. i just backd it up today!!!An aside: take a look at the home page, http://halescomputerservice.110mb.com/. What do you see at the bottom, in the box under Advertisements? Why would anyone put such a CRUD comment on their website?Quote

Well, since you've probably continued using whatever hard drive that data was stored on, it's probably even beyond data recovery now, so the only thing I can suggest is to take a deep breath and start all over again.I actually trusted my friend to edit my website because I dont know any html so that wasn't from me. THANKS for all your help THO soo far. I had him edit the website, thanks for pointing it out, i didnt spot it Your site isn't working now. I get a blank page when I TRY to view it.

By the way, strange URL there. Why the 110mb in http://halescomputerservice.110mb.com/ ? Wouldn't you much rather have http://halescomputerservice.com/ ?
