Solve : Photoshop7 can not use Clounds of Render Filter.?

1.	Solve : Photoshop7 can not use Clounds of Render Filter.?
Answer» Photoshop version 7.01, It can't use CLOUNDS of RENDER Filter. It appear that "Could not complete the Clounds command because there is not ENOUGH memory (RAM)" I set Memory & Image CACHE. It same problem. Who can resolve it. PLEASE tell me. thank you.How much RAM do you have ? ?
