Answer» I followed these INSTRUCTIONS from Microsoft.com, and it was all fine up until step 5 when it says to press R to repair Windows XP. None of the options on my screen are to press R, and when I do, nothing happens. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Does this mean that no Repairs are needed? Looks like those instructions are wrong. Choose your current Windows XP installation then Set up Windows XP on the selected item and press the required key. If this is right it will then give you the OPTION of CLEAN install or repair. Click on the link below and go to the Clean install site then look for Repair install on there as this will give you more detailed information. As to the problem of deletion it will probably warn you that this will happen. Cameron: Mac is correct.
