I have a 19" LCD here's my question ~ "Am I going to notice A BIG CHANGE IN quality here? Was it worth the extra 45.00 ?

Sure wouldn't be for me, but it depends on what you do with your COMPUTER and your financial priorities. Why did you want to upgrade?

Change in IMAGE quality? Again, it may depend on what you use your computer for but for general use, I'd guess you may not notice any difference in quality.I want to put one in my sons puter I am building, thought I keep the new one and give him my 7300gs > ?

I once in awhile attempt oblivion and civilization III & Tiger Woods 2006 ..OK, have you installed the card yet? If not, were you debating about whether to keep it or return it and get a lower priced card? If you have installed it, what's your experience with it been so far?Ijust ordered the new one today from newegg.

I did read reviews from OTHERS and from what I took it sounded like a definite upgrade.
This thing has got to be a lot better I am hoping just with the pipeline increase from 4- to - 12 . I am wondering if any overall view on my monitor and video playback is gonna be an improvement. Can't be any worse I guess from all the crappy reviews the 7300gs has received...
