I have a Samsung galaxy-y phone.it WORKED LAST week I DOWNLOADED PICTURES from it.this week my PC wont recognise it. the phone model is A GT .S5360,but when I go to control panel then devises and plug the phone in, it comes up as BCM21553 thunderbird. when I unplug the phone this disappears. can anyone EXPLAIN this. and can I fix it.Have you read the user manual? Perhaps you need do install driver or software on your PC.Thanks Soybean.did what you said read the manual and restored my phone back to factory settings. BINGO it worked. once again thanks.
