I think who EVER LISTED the PART didn't KNOW what they were doing.

VGA is VGA
S-video is s-video
RCA is RCA

It's all been standardized.

And that's what the part does. I have no idea why Matrox was even mentioned.Yes, I know this and you know this. I think it may just be an old listing that's STILL in there for some reason though.
