Answer» I wished to make an online purchase, and i see my fault in EXACTLY why this went wrong, so don't *censored* at me for it.
I had my dad transfer 15 bucks to my paypal, i go to the site to purchase, enter my information and BAM: I need to verify my account.
Well, appearantly, I don't have a credit card or one of those prepaid gift cards.
I saw a tutorial on the web about verifying with your SOCIAL security or something? but the tut wasn't too straightforward and did not really help.
Is there some other way I can verify my account --
or send money to someone else without verification?
or return money sent to me without verification?
I really just need this money out of the account and preferably back into my hands.
