Answer» Grandson typed a PASSWORD into his laptop not realising that he had,and now he can't open his programmes can any ONE help?? Download the CD from here: http://www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ Burn the CD and boot the computer with it inside (first CHECK the boot order(google if you don't know how)). The CD will allow you to remove the password.
