Solve : Partitioning a Hard disk drive without formatting? |
|
Answer» I have a 2 TeraByte Hard Disk Drive, i want it to be divided into 5 parts such that 1 part is for the operating system which should be little bit larger compared to other 4 parts individually. So Windows sees the new partitions withot formatting ? ?Yes, The partition can exist without a format structure. Windows sees hard drive space in three ways A. Raw free space. B. Partition specified, by not formatted. C. Parturition formatted in a format known to Windows. The fourth possibility is a PARSON with a format Windows does not recognize. Such as a Linux partition. Or unknown format from some other OS. (Like Apple.) I was asking him...Asking What?Who's on first? Quote from: Geek-9pm on October 18, 2015, 01:52:53 PM GParted is rather different than the others.
