Solve : partial monitor screen?

Answer» hello all, three DAYS AGO my monitor was fine, now, vertically, it's only showing 2/3 of the site. EXAMPLE: if i am watching hulu.com my screen is filled with the program, but now the TOP 2/3 has the program but the bottom third shows the shows which are offered to watch. i went to display in the control panel but can't FIND anything to switch. does anyone know how how to FIX this ? thank you.
