Answer» Hi I have imported an address list and am unable to get it into a separate folder. It keeps going into my Main Identity list. Makes it a problem when I add more to it as they all MIX with my existing private addresses.
Can anyone help? Make it easy for me with step by step.
Appreciate your help.

I BELIEVE you want to create an additional address book with a different name and then import your CONTACT list into it...Thanks Patio
That sounds OK but how? I think I am missing somthing simple here.
I used file Import and import other address but there is no reference to being able to PUT the list into a separate folder.
It's interesting that we all know people who use EMAIL, but we seem to go blank when asked specifics. I keep getting emails with the entire mailing lists spread out across the top...
Just a tip if anyone is into mailing large lists you may want to try http://www.mapilab.com/outlook_express/oe_send_personally/ Quote from: Bennie on April 08, 2007, 05:55:32 PM I keep getting emails with the entire mailing lists spread out across the top...
That can be avoided by using Bcc: instead or To: or Cc:Quote from: Bennie on April 08, 2007, 06:56:02 AMHi I have imported an address list and am unable to get it into a separate folder. Bennie,
What you want to do is create a new folder in your address book and copy those contacts to it.
Instructions:
1) To create a subfolder in the Address Book, click File, select New Folder. Type a name for the folder in the Folder Name box, click OK.
You now have a new subfolder in your address book and you can name it anything you want. Copy the contacts over to this new folder to keep them separate from your Main Identity Contacts.
I hope you find this information useful...
