Solve : Outlook 2003 Read Receipts?

Answer» SAY I send an email message to someone, after having CHOSEN the option that I receive a read RECEIPT when the recipient(s) open the email.

If the recipient DELETES the message without opening, will I receive a notice of that (something like what's highlighted below)?

I always refuse to send them or any other kind of receipt.Me too - ALWAYS!
