Solve : Outlook 2003 Inbox? |

Answer» Previously my Inbox unread messages were identified with sender's name in bold text and subject in gray "shadow' text. Now my Inbox unread messages also include three LINES of the e-mail narrative in blue text. I PROBABLY inadvertently SELECTED this feature, but do not KNOW how to disable the three lines of blue narrative and get BACK to the original appearance. Any ideas? |
