I've never hunted deer but I have a brother who owns farmland and allows some people to hunt on his land. I know I've heard that antler theory numerous times. I do have a friend who hunts deer. Personally I don't hunt deer. My dad when he was alive taught me that if I caught (fishing)/killed anything that I had to eat it.
