Answer» I have an Office JetJ4500 printer all in ONE. Black in color I have a windows vista basic 32 bit. Hp proviallen Desktop. 232 GB free hard drive space, 211gb free space 3.5 GB ram
I am running office 2010 and getting this error when trying to print: Print-error. With no other information to help.
What I have tried: 1. deleted all printer queses 2. Reinstalled printer drivers 3. Try to plug into other USB port 4. Microsoft Fix it printer fix it I get the message showing that it printing, but it gives me that error when I select "show what is printing" I have the dashboard for hp running when I try to print Any help would be suppressed Thanks Again If it's the new 4500 that just came out, return it. I went through 3 wireless 4500 with their tech support and wasted 5 days trying to get them to work. Everytime I rebooted the computer, I had to reinstall the drivers. I tried it on all 3 of my computers, same PROBLEM on all 3.

The only other thing that I can think of is to delete all entries in the registry PERTAINING to this printer and re-install. I had other issues with a printer that needed it done by I was guided by someone over the phone. Wish I was more help.
Johnuninstall all software and drivers that came with the HP printer using revo uninstaller
