Answer»

I have a HP mini notebook, and by in large I like it . But there is a problem that comes up from time to time. I install a program like SuperantiSpyware( as reccommended in the forums) I get the file is but when it comes to install it and when I try to run a scan, I can select several option but when to comes to actuallt starting the scan, the button is located off the visable screen, making the program usless, This has happened with AGREEMENT in Java that I can't get to. Very frustrating. any suggestions for a solution?
ThanksChange the display resolution. Its currently set at 1024 X 600. the only other option is 800x600 and that doesn't improve it. It actually says if the screen res is set below 1024x600 some items my not fit on the screen.
Thanks thoughQuote from: pursuant on August 22, 2010, 02:13:45 PM

Can you not move the window so that it is visible again?

usually you can access OK and Cancel with Alt+O and Alt+C respectively, and Yes and No with Alt+Y and Alt-N. (it will ALWAYS be one of the letters in TEH caption)).

the "Scan your computer" window doesn't have a "Scan" button, it has a "Next" button. so if for some reason it's off screen use Alt+N.Thanks
No the window cannot be moved, because the screen is so small and the window is at its smallest, there is no WAY to move it so I can see the bottom.
