today i attempted to update norton av on my win.98 hard drive only to be told repeatedly that the cover expired on 21/11/05 and that i should RENEW. Apparently i did not get any updates. the av has almost a month to run. has ANYONE had a similar experience. walt.NAV will usually warn 30 days prior to subscription expiration. If it has not yet expired, just continue with the update.Be aware of many people having problem with Norton 2005 with WIN98. You may want totry a safer and free solution.

Just a thought. They used to have a good product, but I would never recommend it now!Contact Norton to resubscribe.
