Answer» Please HELP me. After deleting all my user accounts and setting up one new administrator account and new password when i open microsoft outlook- not express i cant see my emails. My account is not there. I figure i have to remake an account and somehow find my emails on the computer and put them in the right directory? Any help opn this would be great. Especailly swift help. ThanksI will be monitoring this post for the next few hours if u need any more info. Windows XP 384mb ram David, I did this very thing 3 times today, on different machines. Your email would have been on your old account desktop but not your new desktop. SET up your account again on your new desktop. Then import your email messages and address book from your old account (or are they all deleted?) With Outlook open, go to file, import/export. (You may have to go to C: Program FILES -folder options, view hidden folders before you can find the information. ) Follow the prompts and look for the name where your old account was, local settings, identities, #####, microsoft, microsoft outlook. (That was the path for Outlook Express) I hope that helps! GOOD luck. You can also transfer all your mails on to a personal folder.
Now SIMPLY add this .pst file in your new mail account.
