Solve : Networking Printer?

Answer»

Hey guys, ive tried to network our Epson Stylus Rx425. The printer is CONNECTED to a PC using Windows XP, and the laptop is using Windows XP as WELL, both with wirleess connections. When i go onto Network PLACES and then click onto QTEC (which is the pc connected to the printer) i can see the printer on the network. But when i try to print something off on the laptop it fails, so i then installed the drivers and it installed WHATS required for network priners. It then says i need to configure it manualy. So i then went on to the 'Properties' of the printer asuming that this is how i get it going manualy, but i dont know which porst it meeds to be assigned to, on QTEC it is assigned via USB, and because its not on the USB on the laptop it wont find it. So how do i get it working?!
I think ive made it clear, if its too confusing ill try to rephrase it.
Anyhelp would be gratefully apprecaited.

ChrisIs this a network printer? If not, you need to set up file and printer sharing. Is that what you're trying to do?No i dont think it is a network printer, but i have enabled printer and file sharing. Am i going in the right direction?! THANKS for reply.

ChrisYes, that's right. Right-click on the printer, and choose sharing. Share the printer; you will then be able to connect to it from the other computer (add new printer-->network).
