My friend is going to be getting a new PC, and she found ONE she's interested in:

Is this a good PC? And what I really want to know is: Is this a good PC for a game called The Sims 3? My friend owns all the Sims 3 expansion packs, and stuff packs. Will she be able to run this game on high settings, and will it run smooth?

Price range: $210 and down. (On a BUDGET)

I really want to help my friend get a good PC! But it can't be that expensive! Please remember the budget.
