Answer» installed a virus program (AVG) and when i where finished my computer restarted, and told me to aktivate windows again. i lost my product key and want to retrieve it in safe mode. but i can't EVEN get into safe mode, tried F8 but then the screen only shows from where i want to boot from. my product key is validated what to do?Contact Microsoft and explain the situation. i dont want to bypass validation process but why cant i get into my windows in safe mode is that locked too?
